Karisma Hotels & Resorts are a collection of luxury properties throughout the most idyllic locations in Mexico and the Caribbean. The Gourmet Inclusive® Experience defines each of their offerings – a level of service, sophistication, and cuisine that is unmatched in hospitality. The properties have received top accolades, including the AAA Four Diamond Award, Conde Nast Traveler’s “Top 100 Hotels in the World”, and Forbes’ “Top 10 Most Romantic Hotels”.

While Karisma Hotels & Resorts brands were well-known amongst travel agents, they lacked consumer awareness. They needed a way to convey what set each of their resorts apart, while also staying true to the Gourmet Inclusive® Experience.

By taking a data-first approach, we discovered insights from each brand that helped shape the new positioning to better resonate with the consumer. To bring new concepts to life, we gave each brand a new manifesto to highlight each property’s difference and positioning. New commercials and tailored print ads help build deeper connections to our targets on an emotional level. While redesigned websites featuring a cleaner UI and an intuitive UX further provided the audience with a better experience and way to connect to Karisma. By mapping out the full customer journey from interest and booking to staying and even planning a return trip, we ensured every touchpoint was covered and that the right messaging showed up at just the right moment.
