THE CHALLENGE

The Polynesian Cultural Center is 42 Acres of cultural experiences, fire shows, luaus that gives a truly authentic look at all the islands of Polynesia. We needed to find new ways to tell their story, while closing the sale at every online touchpoint.

INTELLIGENT VIDEO ADS

Playing off how retargeting banners follow users around the internet, we took on one of the Polynesian Cultural Center’s biggest stars, Kap and had him do what he does best. The ad series used videos based on their actions to tell users that he would find them wherever they went, reminding them to book if they hadn’t already. We saw an 11% growth in revenue YOY after launching the initiative with a much higher CTR than the industry standard. We even won da few awards too.

FACEBOOKD ADS

By digging into our insights we were able to identify the right moments and stories to capture audiences. Through this optimized strategy we increased social media conversion by 351% via Facebook. We were unable to bring down our CPM by 22% by being more efficient and increased in engagement with 65%+CTR

TELLING THE BRAND STORY WITH DISPLAY

Our digital display creative focused on the depth and breadth of the PCC offering, while we incentivized early bookings.

EMAIL CAMPAIGNS

We created a series of dynamic emails displaying the Center’s incredible cultural offerings with links to book. The campaign saw an immediate increase in open rates and conversions.
